• Develop member outreach initiatives for oral health outcomes. • Collaborate with internal teams and external community groups. • Implement enrollee outreach and education programs. • Develop and implement strategy for enrollee utilization. • Establish community relationships for health care initiatives. • Develop educational materials for Medicaid enrollees. • Manage workflow, time, and budget parameters. • Provide enrollee care coordination and access to care. • Track performance measures and report results. • Organize community events for dental education. • Ensure equitable distribution of events statewide. • Communicate improvements to management. • Represent the company professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma required. • College degree in a related field preferred. • 2 years job related experience. • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software. • Typing skills of 40+ words per minute. • Effective oral communication and business writing skills. • Attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills. • Effective interpersonal skills. • Ability to prioritize and adapt to changing priorities. • Frequent travel up to 50% of the time.
