This is your career and our aim is to supercharge it through the people, the work, and the programs that fuel who we are. • As a Sr. Growth Specialist for our earnings product, you will be reporting into the growth team, but will work day to day within our earnings team, working hand in hand with our product team and our VP of corporate development to scale acquisition to our earnings product. • We are seeking a skilled sr. growth specialist who has experience scaling acquisition in the “get paid to” and offerwall/earnings space. The role requires fundamental understanding and history of scaling channels such as DSPs, Meta, Google, Affiliates, and incentivized traffic.

🎯 Requirements

• Data driven mindset, team-first mentality, intuitive when data is lacking • 3+ years of experience specifically within the GPT/Earnings space being directly responsible for user acquisition • Experience acquiring users via DSP’s specifically • Collaborated with creative stakeholders on performance marketing initiatives • Familiarity with using a data analysis tool - amplitude, looker, etc. • Familiarity with App tracking platforms / MMPs
