β€’ Please Note: β€’ You will be sent a challenge you will need to complete before moving to interview process. β€’ You need to speak and write at a high english level β€’ Available to work in US Time Zones. β€’ Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Outbound Specialist β€’ About Snowball: β€’ Snowball is a dynamic, innovative company partnering with some of the most influential brands in the industry. β€’ With over 60 billion views and a proven track record working with giants like Netflix and Jubilee, our success is built on personalized, high-impact communication. β€’ We’re on a mission to elevate our outbound strategy and are looking for an SDR who can drive new business through creative, compelling email campaigns. β€’ About the Role: β€’ As an SDR at Snowball, you will be at the forefront of our outbound strategy. β€’ Your primary responsibility is to identify and engage key decision-makers by crafting highly personalized and creative emails that capture attention and demonstrate our value. β€’ You will research target companies, tailor your messaging to resonate with high-level prospects (such as CEOs, CMOs, and Heads of Marketing), and execute innovative campaigns that turn prospects into clients. β€’ Key Responsibilities: β€’ Prospect Research: β€’ Identify and research target companies and key decision-makers using tools like Apollo.io and Clay.com. β€’ Creative Email Campaigns: β€’ Craft compelling, creative, and personalized outbound emails that showcase your ability to write persuasive and engaging content. β€’ Develop creative campaigns that reflect thorough research and demonstrate a deep understanding of each prospect’s business needs. β€’ Client Engagement & Collaboration: β€’ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and ensure consistent communication. β€’ Monitor and analyze outreach metrics to continuously improve email performance and response rates. β€’ Timely Communication: β€’ Respond promptly to internal communications and coordinate with team members via Slack to address client issues and feedback.
