Description

• Responsible for the proactive and successful leadership of each project team. • Provide direction to all project stakeholders. • Ensure client satisfaction and act as the main contact for clients, teams, and subcontractors. • Manage budgets, schedules, quality control, and safety for each project. • Track progress, update schedules, and communicate job status with all parties. • Review and resolve project document conflicts, RFIs, and submittals. • Handle change orders, budget updates, and monthly pay applications. • Conduct and document project meetings. • Visit job sites to ensure compliance with schedule, quality, and safety. • Assist with pricing, schedules, and subcontractor solicitation. • Review documents and proposals for accuracy and completeness. • Develop project schedules and manage scope buyout. • Oversee project closeout documentation, warranty management, and final budget updates.

Requirements

• Leadership • team management • communication • problem-solving • Proficiency in project management tools • strong organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field • 5+ years' experience as a project manager • Experience with Federal clients (VA, USACE, Air Force) is a plus
