📋 Description
• Proactively source, engage, and submit highly skilled candidates for specialized, high-volume client accounts • Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding • Partner closely with clients and internal teams to understand technical role requirements and hiring goals • Leverage ATS/CRM systems to strategically build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in engineering roles within construction, manufacturing, energy, or oil & gas • Contract recruiting experience is required • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and creative outreach strategies • Texas-based candidates strongly preferred (especially Houston or Austin)
