📋 Description
This is a remote position. • Superlanet is seeking a Project Manager to support our healthcare client's Information Services team. • This role requires expertise in project management, Epic or related IT systems, and process improvement. • Manage assigned Information Services projects, ensuring timely execution. • Develop project plans, track progress, and report updates to leadership. • Drive process improvements, align projects with strategic goals, and engage stakeholders. • Coach teams on project management methodologies and best practices.
🎯 Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or equivalent experience • 5+ years of Epic or related IT experience • 2+ years of project management experience (healthcare preferred) • Proficiency in process improvement and project management tools • Strong leadership, communication, and change management skills
