• Own the design vision and development for a new game we’re developing. • Guide concept development to ensure that we build experiences that are both desirable and feasible. • Ensure the team has the best organizational structure, processes, and practices that allow them to produce high quality work efficiently and on time. • Communicate needs and updates to the Leadership Team
Requirements
• Proven experience leading and inspiring game teams to produce the best work of their lives • Experience shipping at least one title on console or PC - ideally with oversight over the entire game, even if at a smaller studio. • Excited to build on emerging platforms like Fortnite and Roblox. • Deep understanding of game development and the process in launching a successful game • Capacity to prioritize and work across multiple projects
