• About SuperStaff • SuperStaff is a boutique BPO/KPO firm rapidly expanding in the Philippines and Colombia. • The Director of Sales will lead our sales strategy, drive outbound outreach, and scale our sales team to support our rapid growth. • This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and manage high-performing sales teams and develop outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels. • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. • Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. • Manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other platforms. • Navigate the RFP/RFI/RFQ marketplace and prepare compelling proposals. • Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand messaging. • Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.
• Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within startup environments. • Strong track record of managing and scaling sales teams. • Expertise in outbound sales techniques, including LinkedIn and email marketing. • Familiarity with the RFP/RFI/RFQ process. • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to differentiate our brand.
