β€’ About SuperStaff β€’ SuperStaff is a boutique BPO/KPO firm rapidly expanding in the Philippines and Colombia. β€’ The Director of Sales will lead our sales strategy, drive outbound outreach, and scale our sales team to support our rapid growth. β€’ This role requires a strategic thinker who can build and manage high-performing sales teams and develop outreach strategies via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other channels. β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue targets. β€’ Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a high-performance culture. β€’ Manage outbound outreach via LinkedIn, email marketing, and other platforms. β€’ Navigate the RFP/RFI/RFQ marketplace and prepare compelling proposals. β€’ Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment between sales efforts and brand messaging. β€’ Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize results.

Requirements

β€’ Proven experience in sales leadership roles, preferably within startup environments. β€’ Strong track record of managing and scaling sales teams. β€’ Expertise in outbound sales techniques, including LinkedIn and email marketing. β€’ Familiarity with the RFP/RFI/RFQ process. β€’ Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to differentiate our brand.
