📋 Description
• SupplyHouse.com is seeking a Product Management Team Lead to oversee our Product, Systems, & Insights team. • Drive the vision and strategy for development projects while supporting product managers in cross-functional collaboration. • Requires travel to our NY office headquarters up to six times per year for internal meetings and team-building activities.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field • 5+ years in product management, product ownership, or a similar role within eCommerce or technology development • Proven experience leading and mentoring, with a focus on driving engagement and growth • Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and adapting strategies to evolving business needs • Strong analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or similar certification • Solid understanding of agile methodologies and experience implementing best practices • Proficiency in product and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday, Coda) • Familiarity with web and app development processes
