Description
• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner • Provide accurate information about products and services to customers • Document customer interactions in the organization’s CRM • Meet or exceed performance targets for related KPIs • Collaborate with other departments as needed
Requirements
• Undergraduates are welcome to apply • At least 2 years and up customer service experience in Billing, Collections or Accounting background • Good communication skills, both verbal and written • Proficient in using computers and various software applications • Knowledge and experience with a CRM preferred
