Description

• Manage and prioritize emails and phone calls, ensuring that important messages are relayed on time. • Arrange and schedule meetings, record minutes as needed • Prepare reports and presentations to help facilitate informed decision-making • Support the Executive team with day-to-day administrative tasks including preparing business documents and month-end reports • Scheduling and booking flights and hotels for the executive • Project-management • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant • Excellent organizational, planning skills and communication skills (written and oral) • Experience with calendar management, booking of hotel and flights • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and/or Google Suite
