• We have an amazing opportunity for a Pre-Sales Consultant to join our high-energy Sales team and make a real impact. • This is your chance to work with top-tier clients, shape technical solutions, and be the key to unlocking new business opportunities across the globe! • At Support Revolution, we’re shaking up the IT support industry, helping businesses break free from the status quo with smarter, more cost-effective solutions. • As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you’ll be the driving force behind our mission - guiding prospects, delivering compelling demos, and proving why we’re the best in the game. • Use a consultative selling approach to understand client needs, address objections, and showcase our support services. • Deliver engaging presentations that highlight the value of Support Revolution. • Analyse customer support histories to identify pain points and tailor solutions. • Manage technical pre-sales activities, collaborating with subject matter experts in Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, and VMware. • Support the Sales team by handling complex customer queries and ensuring seamless communication between teams. • Maintain technical data in the CRM and contribute to marketing efforts. • Oversee the transition from sales to onboarding, ensuring a smooth customer experience. • Vet products for support, identify risks for contract negotiations, and suggest process improvements.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering, preferably in enterprise software or IT support • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences • A problem-solver who can analyse customer pain points and align solutions to their needs • Ability to collaborate across teams, from sales and marketing to technical experts • Strong knowledge of Oracle, ideally with working knowledge of SAP, PeopleSoft, or VMware as a minimum • Highly organised with experience managing CRM data and sales collateral • A proactive mindset, always looking for ways to improve processes and drive efficiency.
