📋 Description
• Primary responsibility is focused on providing enablement of sales tools to drive utilization and adoption for both direct and indirect sales teams. • Provide basic administration and training for sales enablement tools • Drive enhancements to user experience within these tools • Collaborate with Trimble’s AECO Sales Enablement team as well as product subject matter experts & sales leadership to create engaging training content to support onboarding efforts, key product launches, and ongoing enablement. • Manage content in learning and content management systems and assign learners to appropriate content. • Manage event and ILT meeting logistics, including assignment and tracking in the LMS. • Contribute to the development of team processes; assist team members in tool administration; identify approaches to optimize tools and delivery of enablement.
🎯 Requirements
• A Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Sales Enablement, Business, Adult Education, Data Analytics or equivalent experience • Fluent English language skills (written and spoken) • Experience of using the Google Suite • Driving adoption of sales tools such as Gong and Seismic • Project Management tools such as Asana • Salesforce • Creating basic web pages • Basic data analysis
