Requirements

• Excellent English communication skills (at least C1 for both spoken and written) • Experience with handling and troubleshooting IT environments (e.g., networks, system, security) • Knowledge of various operating systems (Linux, Mac, and Windows), including troubleshooting • Customer-oriented and responsible attitude • Excellent interpersonal skills • Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems • Basic understanding of cybersecurity terminology • Reading and understanding automation and scripting abilities (PS, Python, Bash) • Ability to do online research and to qualify leads through Google search, LinkedIn, and other sources
