📋 Description

• Administer and optimize HubSpot CRM, including Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs • Build, refine, and maintain workflows, sequences, lead scoring, and nurturing campaigns • Ensure data cleanliness, create custom dashboards, and provide reports on sales and marketing performance • Train and support teams on best practices, troubleshoot issues, and enforce CRM hygiene • Manage integrations between HubSpot and other SaaS tools (e.g., Slack, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, etc.) • Oversee lead routing, segmentation, and marketing attribution to ensure revenue alignment • Ensure data governance and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of HubSpot CRM administration experience (preferably in a SaaS or startup environment) • Strong understanding of marketing automation, lead management, and sales processes • Experience with HubSpot integrations, APIs, and third-party tools • Analytical mindset with experience in reporting and dashboard creation • Strong communication skills and the ability to train and support end users • HubSpot certifications (preferred but not required)
