Description

• Receives incoming inquiries and service requests from patients, employees, providers, and vendors • Responds with accurate and timely information utilizing customer service and quality standards • Works collaboratively to support service delivery teams • Adheres to regulations to ensure privacy and safety of information

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED • 1 year experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or related customer service • 1 year experience with Microsoft Office and electronic mail • Knowledge of HR, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain processes desired • Written and verbal communications skills to explain sensitive information clearly and professionally • Time management and organizational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Must identify and resolve standard problems by selecting appropriate solutions
