Description

• Designing and implementing performance testing strategies to assess the system's scalability, reliability, and responsiveness. • Continuously improving testing methodologies and aligning them with evolving project requirements. • Developing and executing load and stress testing scenarios using tools like Locust. • Monitoring system performance and identifying bottlenecks across infrastructure, applications, and databases. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal performance. • Providing detailed reports and actionable insights based on performance testing results. • Adapting to evolving technologies and integrating them into performance testing processes. • Tackling complex performance bottlenecks, optimizing performance in dynamic environments such as Kubernetes and microservices architectures.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, with at least 3 years specializing in performance testing. • Proficiency with performance and load testing tools such as Locust, Gatling, or K6. • Familiarity with Kubernetes is an advantage. • Solid understanding of Python, as our testing framework is Python-based, and the ability to work effectively with Python tests.
