Description

• Sword is a leading provider of business technology solutions within the Energy, Public and Finance Sectors. • The primary responsibility of the Scrum Master will be to oversee delivery and manage a scrum team, driving customer value.

Requirements

• Strong understanding and practical experience of Agile and SCRUM • Strong understanding of Azure DevOps • Management of SCRUM teams and Stakeholders • Demonstrable understanding of leading key Agile ceremonies • Understanding of digital product life cycle methodologies • Excellent communication and Stakeholder management skills (written and verbal). • In-depth understanding of reporting, analytics and automation delivery. • 3rd party management • Experience of working as part of a larger programme of work. • Experience of working with Azure DevOps– EPICs, features, Sprints, backlogs etc • Experience of delivering functional business change again using an agile methodology • Ideally previous experience of working within Renewables, Oil and Gas or Utilities industry.
