• 4+ years of content and copywriting experience, with a focus on email, website, and direct mail customer acquisition at a B2C or B2B2C high growth start-up (preferably early-stage) or top tier agency • In or ability to work starting at 9am EST • Ability to translate more complex concepts into relatable topics that drives action and develop emotional ties with the consumer • Experience refining a brand voice and developing brand positioning • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and internal Growth Marketing Managers to develop content • Ability to manage projects end to end from concept to implementation • Self motivated with a bias for action • Positive, can do attitude • Knowledge of email acquisition and digital marketing best practices • Extremely proactive, and adaptable to a fluid environment • Track record of producing a high volume of content and thrives in a fast-moving high growth environment • Experience in the health/wellness industry a plus • Brand management or product marketing experience a plus • Deep passion for improving women’s health
