• Design and manage role-specific enablement programs for increased sales effectiveness • Administer, design, and manage onboarding programs • Produce high-quality enablement content • Develop internal initiatives to impact Commercial culture • Special projects including sales playbook development • Become subject matter expert in training programs

Requirements

• 5+ years in Sales Enablement demonstrating success managing complex projects from start to finish • Experience managing, administering, and creating content in a learning management system • Excellent communication skills with strong written, oral communication and presentation skills • Domain Expert in sales cycle and selling skills • Familiarity with tools like Chorus, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Nav, and Outreach.io among others
