📋 Description
•Join our growing Victim Services Suite team as a contract Functional Consultant for 12 months with the possibility of extension! •We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with a strong background in Microsoft D365 CRM. •You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into proper configuration. •Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for end-users. •Stay updated with the latest features and updates in Microsoft D365 CRM.
🎯 Requirements
•A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. •Minimum of 5 years of experience in Microsoft D365 CRM consulting, including hands-on configuration and customization. •Must be a U.S citizen and able to pass an FBI background check as this is required by our customers. •Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft D365 CRM modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service) •Experience with Power Platform tools (PowerApps, Power Automate) •Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. •Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. •Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
