Description

• Guide and shape the future of the Breakpack System. • Manage a multi-disciplinary team of engineers. • Liaison between customers and Symbotic. • Coordinate the integration of the latest version of the Breakpack system across teams. • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 years’ experience managing a large, complex program with a focus on automation solutions for distribution or manufacturing facilities. • Demonstrated leadership with a hands-on approach, ensuring practical and efficient solutions. • Success building and managing a highly talented, diverse team (managers and ICs, mixed career disciplines). • Experience coaching and developing others, strengthening the overall capability of the organization. • Strong customer orientation. • Experience with PLC and controls systems is helpful but not required. • BS in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, MS preferred.
