Symmetrio is recruiting for an Account Manager for our customer, a large global medical device company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling high-dollar capital equipment and software solutions to hospitals and health systems within the Mid-Atlantic Territory, covering Ohio, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Virginia. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. Previous experience selling into hospitals, IDNs, and healthcare systems is a MUST. • Build and manage relationships with current customers, identify new customers and develop relationships for the purpose of selling solutions. • Develop sales plans to expand market share within the assigned territory. • Selling in a TEAM environment, utilizing specialists, managers and other relevant team members when needed. • Stay abreast of changes in the marketplace, market trends and dynamics within the territory and the industry. • Give presentations and coordinate product demonstrations. • Work with marketing, product development, product management and other departments providing timely feedback on products and issues.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, MBA preferred. 5 years' experience in sales role, healthcare field preferred. Willing to travel up to 50% of the time Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
