Description
• Symmetrio is recruiting a Director of Marketing for a multi-national medical technology company. • Lead all regional marketing activities including business development. • Responsible for the leadership, development, and success of a diverse team. • Build and lead marketing for success, develop and implement marketing plans. • Coordinate strategy between business lines and global regions. • Plan and manage the company’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and events.
Requirements
• Bachelor/University Degree – MBA or similar preferred • 5+ yrs experience in a senior management role – proven track record in managing people directly and indirectly • 10+ yrs experience in senior commercial roles with strong sales interaction • Track record in working in complex, multi-functional, multi-cultural and international environments • Self-starting, entrepreneurial mind-set – not shying away from doing groundwork when needed • Fluent in English, written and verbal – proficient in regional languages preferred • Willing to travel 30% of time
