📋 Description

• Symmetrio is currently recruiting for a Strategic Account Executive for our customer, a leading multi-national medical equipment company. • As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll drive sales and growth by targeting large national and regional healthcare accounts (IDNs). • Your focus will be building strong relationships with key decision-makers, increasing market share, and executing strategic sales initiatives. • This role covers territories across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Southeast regions, requiring residency near a major airport. • The position offers a competitive compensation package of $130,000–$150,000, plus a 50% performance-based bonus. • Travel expectations range from 50% to 70%.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. • 10+ years of successful sales experience, including 8+ years in complex capital sales in healthcare. • 3+ years of experience in IDN/executive-level sales. • Strong project management and strategic sales planning skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities. • Highly motivated, results-driven, with strong business acumen. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Willing to travel overnight (50-75% within the U.S.).
