β’ Primary mission is to close as many clients/deals as possible. β’ Sending email campaigns daily with our email automation software (Apollo) β’ Sending messages via LinkedIn to prospects β’ Warm and Cold Calls β’ Taking client intake/intro calls: presenting our services, figuring out their needs, proposing hiring solutions, negotiating a contract, and getting them signed β’ Relaying information to rest of the team, for a smooth hand off to the Account Managers
β’ Interested in Modern technology (i.e AI, Blockchain, etc..) β’ Prior experience with Apollo, HubSpot β’ 5 years + BD for recruiting, consulting services, or software companies β’ Deep experience with email marketing for business development β’ Excellent command of verbal and grammatical English β’ Closer, never give up and stay assertive yet strategic to close deals β’ Business-minded attitude β’ Ability to work independently and remotely β’ Detail-oriented and goal-setter β’ Passionate about helping people β’ Desire to explore exciting new industries
