🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare startup, consulting firm, or payer/provider organization, with involvement in cross-functional, strategic initiatives. • Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholders effectively. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in data analysis tools, including advanced spreadsheet-based analysis and moderate proficiency with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Superset, Tableau) or healthcare-specific platforms (e.g., EHR-specific reporting tools, population health management platforms). • Proficiency with project management software, tools, and methodologies, including developing presentations, workflow diagrams, Gantt charts, and risk registers. • Enthusiasm for new care models, with the ability to inspire and motivate others. • Intellectual curiosity and eagerness to solve problems across various domains. • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
