• About Synapticure • As a patient and caregiver-founded company, Synapticure provides instant access to expert neurologists, cutting-edge treatments and trials, and wraparound care coordination and behavioral health support in all 50 states through a virtual care platform. • Partnering with providers and health plans, including CMS' new GUIDE dementia care model, Synapticure is dedicated to transforming the lives of millions of individuals and their families living with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS. • The role • The Support Specialist is a key member of the Synapticure team, providing essential support services to patients, caregivers, and loved ones affected by neurodegenerative diseases. • This role drives clinical and administrative functions across the organization, ensuring seamless communication and coordination between members, healthcare providers, payer partners, and external stakeholders. • The ideal candidate is empathetic, highly organized, tech-savvy, and adaptable to a fast-changing healthcare environment.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent. • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote work setting. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in patient engagement, scheduling, and care coordination. • Comfortable working with medical terminology and adhering to HIPAA guidelines. • Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems, Mac OS, and Google applications. • Adaptability to a dynamic, fast-paced work environment.
