β’ 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or support roles, preferably selling to government or law enforcement clients β’ Experience with public safety or law enforcement sales cycles β’ Experience providing hands-on technical support and troubleshooting β’ Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts β’ Understanding of law enforcement operations and technology requirements β’ Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Criminal Justice, or related field β’ Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time β’ Preferred Qualifications β’ Prior law enforcement or military experience β’ Technical certifications related to communications systems or network technologies β’ Experience with CJIS compliance and requirements β’ Knowledge of procurement processes for government agencies β’ Background in telecommunications or RF technologies β’ Experience with RFP/RFQ response development
