β’ Act as the first point of contact for all technical support issues, including hardware, software, and network problems β’ Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner β’ Monitor and maintain all hardware, software, and network systems to ensure proper functioning and security β’ Install and configure new equipment and software as needed β’ Provide end-user training and technical assistance to staff and exhibitors β’ Create and maintain documentation for commonly encountered technical issues β’ Collaborate with other IT team members to escalate complex issues β’ Proactively identify and resolve potential issues to prevent downtime β’ Participate in after-hours support as needed during the National Western Stock Show event
