📋 Description
• Responsible for gathering and analyzing client requirements and performing system configuration to build applications using our SaaS low-code application platform builder • Crucial in identifying and documenting business requirements, analyzing processes, and performing configuration to build solutions • Lead requirements analysis by collaborating with client stakeholders • Develop detailed technical solution documentation in support of client business objectives • Participate in and/or lead technical design sessions with solution developers • Ensure all production changes are made in accordance with lifecycle methodology • Conduct working sessions with clients to facilitate feedback • Troubleshoot and debug system errors and implement solutions
🎯 Requirements
• Demonstrated experience leading requirements analysis activities, including documenting functional requirements and maintaining traceability to test cases • Demonstrated experience leveraging an in-depth understanding of software capabilities to address business challenges • Understanding of enterprise software and database structures • Knowledge of software development and deployment methodologies (e.g., Scrum) and related tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet, PlanView, Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, TFS, etc.) • Strong analytical mindset and ability to assess client business needs • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to clearly and patiently communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience • Exceptional attention to detail; strong organizational and prioritization skills • Self-starter with a high degree of integrity and professionalism
