Requirements

β€’ Experienced Tech Recruiter: You have 3-5 years of experience in tech recruitment with a deep understanding of technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, etc.). β€’ Tech-Savvy: You know your way around modern tech stacks, including Go, Kotlin, Swift, JavaScript, AWS, Kubernetes, and PostgreSQL. β€’ Tools Master: Skilled at sourcing talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Slack, and more. β€’ Strong Communicator: You can craft compelling outreach messages and keep candidates engaged. β€’ Organized: You’re great at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. β€’ Data-Driven: You know how to track and analyze recruitment metrics to improve hiring strategies. β€’ Passionate About Tech: You love technology and stay updated on the latest industry trends.
