Description

• Provide installation support for our robotics systems at customer sites, ensuring that systems are set up correctly and functioning as intended. • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on robotics systems, addressing any hardware issues that may arise. • Respond to customer support tickets in a timely and professional manner, using our Zendesk platform to communicate effectively with customers. • Speak with customers over the phone and through online channels, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting for our robotics products. • Perform on-site training for customers, ensuring that they are proficient in the operation and maintenance of our robots. • Record maintenance events in UpKeep to accurately record service issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably within the robotics or automation industry. • Strong understanding of robotics systems and hardware components. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users. • Familiarity with Zendesk or similar customer support platforms. • Flexibility to travel within the London region for on-site support and training. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and support.
