Description

• Manage an effective sales pipeline to grow opportunities and meet sales quotas • Schedule and conduct consultative sales demos to prospects, highlighting service capabilities and alignment with customer needs • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying upselling or cross-selling opportunities • Understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions by recommending products or services • Prepare customized proposals and pricing models for client consideration, negotiating agreements as needed • Coordinate successful customer onboarding, timely follow-ups, and account expansion opportunities • Achieve high close rate based on company’s KPI’s • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using the company’s CRM software

Requirements

• Solid track record with at least 3 years of experience in sales, particularly in digital marketing services and website design & development • Understanding of the fundamentals of digital marketing such as paid advertising, email and SMS marketing, and website design and development • Successful closure of a minimum of $250,000 in new business • Experience leading demos with prospects over Zoom • Experience selling, following up, and negotiating over the phone • Coachable mindset, open to feedback, continuous improvement in sales techniques and strategies
