Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • At least 3 years of product management experience, ideally in a tech or HR-related industry. • Demonstrated success in developing and managing digital products, with a strong user-centered focus. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Familiarity with A/B testing and user research methodologies. • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Experience in employment services or HR technology. • Experience in search engines and recommendations models.
