• Sie arbeiten an agilen IT- und Optimierungsprojekten im Recruiting Umfeld und treiben diese kontinuierlich voran. • Sie unterstützen beim Aufbau einer Künstlichen Intelligenz sowie einer neuen Karriereplattform. • Sie beraten und coachen die Kollegen als kompetenter Ansprechpartner bei der Umsetzung der Prozessoptimierungen und agilen Methoden. • Sie nehmen Anforderungen von internen und externen Kunden auf und initiieren neue Projekte, um die Innovation der Recruitingprozesse voranzutreiben. • Hierbei bringen Sie eigene Ideen mit ein und stellen die erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicher. • Sie erstellen Präsentationen sowie Entscheidungsvorlagen und sind für die Visualisierung der gesamten Prozesslandschaft zuständig.
🎯 Requirements
• Abgeschlossenes Studium in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften mit IT-Schwerpunkt, einem anderen MINT-Fach oder eine Ausbildung zum Fachinformatiker/-in Anwendungsentwicklung oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung • Berufserfahrung im Bereich Prozessmanagement und Prozessoptimierung • Interesse an der Digitalisierung von Recruiting-Prozessen und aktuellen Recruiting-Trends • Idealerweise Projekterfahrung im agilen Umfeld
