Description

• supports Directors, program managers, and teams using agile methodologies • performing ongoing process evaluations to ensure compliance with FAR and DFARs regulations • evaluates software development and service performance and deliverables against documentation, schedules, and quality standards • implements, coaches, and trains on ISO 20000-1, 27001:2022, AS9100/ISO 9001:2015, CMMI-DEV/CMMI-SVC Level 3 frameworks, utilizing agile best practices • provides training on CMMI and ISO frameworks and project management best practices • serves as Lead Internal Auditor • schedules audits, develops checklists, writes reports, facilitates root cause/lessons learned analysis and presentations • analyzes, compiles, and reports on non-compliance findings and provides recommendations • tracks and escalates unresolved non-compliance issues and corrective action plans • collects metrics, analyzes, and reports various measures to project managers and teams • maintains the process assets library for the company • interfaces with external and internal customers to ensure project quality • supports Corporate QA initiatives such as CMMI Level 3 assessments and ISO re-certifications

Requirements

• Ability to Obtain Secret Clearance • Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Leadership, Organizational Psychology, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field and 5-7 years of experience • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, quality management, or a related field, with a focus on Agile environments • High School Diploma and 10-12 years of experience, Associate’s Degree and 8-10 years of experience, Master's Degree and at least 3-5 years of experience or Ph.D. and 0-2 years of experience is also acceptable • Proven experience with ISO 9001, CMMI, and AS9100 standards, including maintaining certifications and leading internal audits • Experience leading continuous improvement initiatives within Agile teams, fostering a culture of reflection, adaptation, and process optimization • Experience applying transformational leadership to create empowered self-organizing teams • Excellent facilitation, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with excellent knowledge of all MS Office products • Certified in ISO 9001, CMMI, and AS9100, (Lead Auditor level certifications are highly desirable)
