Requirements

• Clearance: Secret • Education and Years of Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related discipline and 6 years of experience • Travel: Up to 10 percent • 2+ years of professional experience in design, development and/or Administration in ServiceNow • DoD 8140 (8570) Certification • Fundamental understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities • Experience implementing best-practices and procedures • Working knowledge of ServiceNow components • Ability to provide ServiceNow customization and configuration • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to work independently and multi-task effectively
