Description

• Start Date: Immediate • EXPANSIA is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business (SDVOSB). • We support Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal Agencies across the CONUS. • Full-time/Permanent Employee role. • Looking for a Security Tool Engineer Lead to support our customer. • Responsible for managing, evaluating, deploying, and optimizing security tools. • Provide technical leadership to a team of security engineers. • Ensure effective operation of security tools to safeguard information systems. • Proposed salary range is $123,000 – $167,500. • Competitive compensation, benefits, and learning opportunities.

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance required • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field and 15+ years of relevant experience required. • 20+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree. • Proven experience as a Security Tools Lead or in a similar role. • Strong technical expertise in security tools. • Excellent leadership and team management skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. • Understanding of industry compliance standards is advantageous. • Willingness to stay updated with the latest cybersecurity trends. • Required DoD 8140 compliant certification such as CompTIA Security+
