Description

• Talkatoo is reinventing dictation software by modernizing the experience • Help improve the experience of customers • On-board new customers to our software • Build and improve ongoing customer relationships • Use data collection and analysis to improve the customer experience • Identify potential opportunities for revenue growth • Educate and inform clients about the company’s products • Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly

Requirements

• Preference for applicants with experience in the veterinary industry or technology space • You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business administration, or the veterinary field. • You have prior experience in a similar role and a strong track record in customer success or relationship management • You have experience working with senior stakeholders to find win-win solutions • You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on, problem solver • You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills • You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization. • You have excellent organizational and time management skills • Familiarity with CRM tools (eg. Hubspot) would be a plus
