Description

• Coordinate activities between multiple projects to fulfill commercialization strategy and risk mitigation initiatives. • Ensure successful product launch with a focus on new formulas, packaging, and brands. • Provide onsite technical and quality support during product qualifications. • Support all product commercialization activities including product scale up, trials, data collection, product qualification, and investigations. • Verify conformance to internal quality policies throughout commercialization process. • Ensure food safety, quality, and SQF practices are followed at all times.

Requirements

• 3+ years of food or beverage manufacturing experience, ideally in commercialization of CPG products. • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biology, or Chemistry or equivalent experience. • Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel). • Ability to accommodate a flexible schedule, occasionally working evenings and weekends for special assignments. • Ability to travel up to 70%, occasionally working evenings and weekends as needed for special assignments.
