• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the budget, timeline, and scope • Effectively monitor and present project updates to management & team members • Conduct strategy market/competitor research • Set paid media goals & KPIs • Create a full funnel strategy and implement it • Build and set up paid media ad campaigns • Accurately manage budget & spend • Monitor and optimize paid media campaigns • Review & report campaign KPIs to clients weekly & monthly • Provide inputs on creative copy and graphical ad templates • Communicate to team and management on project development, timelines, results • Work closely with other team members to meet client goals
• FB Blueprint Certification by Facebook related certificates and/or Google Ads related certificates & Upper Intermediate English (minimum) • 3+ years of experience in Paid Social (LinkedIn & Facebook) mostly about daily & weekly management of paid ads • 3 – 5 years B2B experience in Linkedin Ads and FB Ads • Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale B2B accounts in different business verticals, specially B2B SaaS & experience with A/B and multivariate experiments • Proven interest in data-driven problem solving (degree in marketing, finance, engineering, economics, or relevant work experience) • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word • Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools • Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere • Ability to clearly and effectively articulate thoughts and points • Ability to learn new industries and new business types quickly and can apply this knowledge to internet marketing initiatives and achieving client goals • High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
