Description
• This position handles the file reviews for all Move Ins, Annual Certifications, and Interim Certifications for the properties composed in the assigned portfolio. • The expertise will require the specialist to verify and enter the data into the certification, secure all verifications, and prepare the perfect file for the property to execute. • Additionally, the Specialist will provide the appropriate response to all State and Investor audits that occur throughout the year. • This position is a 40-hour, remote position.
Requirements
• Yardi Voyager experience • Confidence in working a 10-key calculator • Familiarity with the RightSource Verification system • Must have 5-7 years experience in Property Management • Must have knowledge of all Federal and State Affordable Housing programs
