📋 Description

• TaskHuman organizes the world’s human expertise, making coaching in 1000+ skills accessible. • As an Onboarding Specialist, ensure a seamless onboarding experience for clients. • Collaborate with Customer Success Team to drive product adoption and improve satisfaction. • Conduct demos and strategic onboarding activities for client value from day one.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field • 2+ years of experience in client onboarding, implementation, or customer success roles in a SaaS or product-based company. • Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and onboarding best practices. • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Support teams. • Excellent communication and project management skills. • Ability to analyze data and generate reports on customer adoption and retention metrics. • Familiarity with CRM tools, onboarding platforms, and customer success software is a plus. • Strong business acumen and ability to align onboarding with client goals. • Excellent self-management skills - must be proactive and able to work independently. • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual preferred).
