• Develop and execute the go-to-market plan for Germany • Develop an end-to-end marketing playbook • Collaborate with channel managers across various marketing fields • Track campaigns and measure the efficiency of each initiative • Own the overall channel mix to grow the customer base • Leverage data to identify areas of opportunity • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to develop marketing strategies • Work with the Country Manager to align on business objectives • Maximize opportunities to leverage IKEA to grow our brand • Develop locally relevant campaigns while maintaining consistency across global brand positioning • Develop Germany-specific brand partnerships to achieve business goals
🎯 Requirements
• Fluent in English and German with knowledge of the German market and its nuances • Marketing experience at an advertising agency or start-up company. • Hands-on experience with proven results from online and offline, paid and organic marketing channels. • Skill and appetite to operate at a high pace in a remote-first, entrepreneurial environment. • Developed problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to find creative solutions to ambiguous problems. • Data-driven mindset, good at identifying insights and data storytelling. • Knowledge of Excel/Sheets, Looker, Google Analytics, or other analytical tools.
