Description

• Entry into the BPO industry • Liaise closely with Teammates and clients • Analyze and resolve issues • Conduct audits per agent on a daily basis • Submit End of Shift Reports • Identify potential quality issues per defined process • Attend Weekly Business Reviews • Hold regular calibration sessions • Isolate and report defects

Requirements

• Must have 1 year experience as Quality Analyst in any BPO companies • Knowledge of customer service practices • 1-2 years previous experience in Content Moderation campaign is a PLUS! • Experience in conducting research and analytics, supported by strong computer proficiency skills • Experience in mediation and conflict resolution techniques • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) • Must be within 70 kms from Batangas City
