Description

• Driving meeting goals: Strategically research & engage quality leads and convert a high volume of qualified meetings per month (50+) with developers, product teams, and executives. • Operational excellence: Collaborate with our Head of Sales to identify new target personas and enhance sales operations. • Sales-driven outreach: Identify the most qualified leads and understand their intent signals to prioritize effectively. • Self-serve lead management: Monitor self-serve sign-ups for timely outreach opportunities. • Proactive problem-solver: Take full ownership of your role; tackle any challenge and pave the path forward!

Requirements

• Previous BDM experience: Proven track record as a BDM with the ability to hit the ground running. • Driven and relentless: Insanely motivated, ambitious, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals. • Smart and strategic: Able to think critically about targeting prospects and the best methods to engage them. • Adaptable and self-sufficient: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making the role your own, with minimal oversight. • Early-stage experience: Prior experience in a scrappy, early-stage environment is a major plus. • Well-versed in sales tools: Be able to implement automation and sales development tool playbooks.
