• Previous BDM experience: Proven track record as a BDM with the ability to hit the ground running. • Driven and relentless: Insanely motivated, ambitious, and willing to go the extra mile to achieve goals. • Smart and strategic: Able to think critically about targeting prospects and the best methods to engage them. • Adaptable and self-sufficient: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and making the role your own, with minimal oversight. • Early-stage experience: Prior experience in a scrappy, early-stage environment is a major plus. • Well-versed in sales tools: Be able to implement automation and sales development tool playbooks.
