Description

•TransferMate is a global payment’s provider and a subsidiary of CluneTech. •Responsible for overseeing the UK anti-money laundering framework. •Ensure compliance with FCA and PSR, managing compliance operations. •Provide leadership on AML compliance and report on AML risks. •Design and manage AML policies and procedures in alignment with regulations. •Engage with stakeholders to integrate AML into business processes.

Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in finance, law, business, or a related field; advanced degree or certification in AML (e.g., CAMS) is preferred. •Extensive experience in AML compliance within a regulated financial services environment, preferably in a leadership role. •Strong understanding of FCA and PSR regulations including automatic reimbursement scheme and other applicable AML laws. •Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience in managing complex regulatory and compliance matters. •Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with senior leadership and regulatory bodies. •Leadership experience with a proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams.
