• Coordinate all activities related to contracts and documents involved in purchase and sale • Audit and complete contract package and addendums • Ensure divisions receive efficient and effective support • Deliver top-notch customer service • Ensure seamless transition of contract documentation with customers and Community Sales Managers
🎯 Requirements
• 2-5 years of real estate or administrative experience (both New Home Sales Experience and general Real Estate Experience Preferred but not required) • Strong communication skills, both oral and written • Very organized and good at documentation • Customer service oriented and believe the customer is the number one priority • Flexibility and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines • Proficient in all Microsoft Office Applications as well as savvy computer skills
